  • Bouquet garni ( 1/2 tsp thyme, 1 sprig parsley, 1/2 tsp rosemary)

  • 130 grams of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp ice water
  • 1 egg yolk

HOW TO COOK STEAK AND KIDNEY PIE:
